COVID-19 Vaccines for Children Four Years of Age and Under
For Spring 2026, an additional dose of COVID-19 vaccine is recommended only for specific populations

who are at increased risk of severe infection.
COVID-19 vaccines will be available in Spring 2026 for eligible individuals six months and older at:
- Participating primary care offices
- COVID-19 vaccine administration for children six months to four years of age may vary across pharmacies. Contact the pharmacy Opens in new window to confirm availability if applicable.
All other individuals are recommended to be vaccinated in the fall 2026-2027, even if they did not receive a dose in the fall/winter 2025/2026.
Currently, Toronto Public Health (TPH) will not be holding clinics for children aged six months to four years.
