Monthly Utility Billing Option

To be accepted into this program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Own the property
• Be enrolled in the Pre-Authorized Utility Bill Payment Program (automatic payment withdrawals)
• Receive your bill(s) through e-billing (electronic billing)
• Be equipped with an Automatic Meter Reader (AMR)

If you would like to be enrolled in the monthly utility billing program complete and submit an application.

In person: At City Hall and Civic Centres Inquiry and Payment Counters.

You will be removed from monthly utility billing if:

• You cancel your enrolment in either e-billing or the Pre-Authorized Utility Bill Payment program.
• You have a returned payment from the bank, and you are removed from the Pre-Authorized Utility Bill Payment program. You will have to reapply for pre-authorized payment. A loss of discount and fees will apply.
• You sell the property. You will have to reapply for all programs at your new property location.
